Participation fees include all sessions, entrance to the 2016 exhibition,
coffee breaks, participant kit & lunch (unless you indicated differently).

Participation fees do not include satellite events.

Payment for early registaraion must be issued no later than January 4, 2016

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation will be received in writing only before December 2, 2015
Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 30% of the fees as specified above
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after December 2, 2015
